Returns

Our returns policy is 14 days from purchase. If 14 days have past since your purchase, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned unused and unmarked in the original packaging and tags attached.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please include your full name, order number and state whether refund or exchange is required. This information can be found on your confirmation email or dispatch note.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and that the refund has been accepted. Please note shipping costs are non refundable, and for those that qualified for free shipping, a fee of either £5.30 or £7 (depending on parcel weight) will be charged to cover the original postage expense, unless items are faulty, in which case postage costs would be fully refunded.

Once approved, your refund will be processed, and applied to your original method of payment, within 7 days.
